Since you’ve ended up here, you've likely been on an awakening journey for a while, and you've got a few places you're still stuck (like maybe feeling guilty, or shamed about past experiences. 

You're here because you’re really ready for that to change.

That is perfect, because this was created specifically for you so you can radically love yourself,

no matter what happened to you. 


In the aftermath of healing from my own 
#metoo and #awakeningHell moments, 
a burning desire arose through me that no one should ever have to go through what I went through.


As I sat in the halls of breath work, and tantric healing circles, I realized that in fact my story was not unique, many woman and men had experienced from their fathers, uncles, brothers, and strangers, trauma that was 10,000x worse than my story.  

I also saw that something big needed to change in our culture and within women and men.  

In my healing journey I encountered the Law of Attraction, and that “we attract that which we are” and I began to see that my pain was “created” by me.  This horrified and truthfully destroyed me a little bit deeper, as I now blamed myself for the abuse that had happened to me.  

In speaking with my mother, my cousins, and my aunts, I now understand that in fact my story was part of a much larger family constellation of abuse that ran not only through the women and men in my family, but into generations past.

I made a decision in that moment that our family trauma would end with me.


I would do everything I could to make sure that my son and future children were raised in an environment that carried no actions of abuse or neglect, but also carried none of the energetic or epigenetic imprints or ancestral connections.

Although I was actually raised in a family where there was no active physical or sexual abuse, but there were TONS of unspoken and un-acted upon needs and desires.  This impacted me deeply, and brought me into relationships where I cycled in patterns of abuse for years, and got myself into a whole heap more trouble.

It is my full intention that our journey together transforms your life. As you read these pages, you will be gently guided in subtle shifts in the way you look at what has happened to you.

Through digital experience you will be guided on a journey so you can:

  • Feel confident to speak clearly your yes and no, 
  • Become a being who is fully empowered in their delicious sexuality,
  • Experience deep pleasure and the intimate communion your soul yearns for
  • Find compassion for what has happened, and who did it to you, 
  • Understand your own part, your family and cultures parts so that it never happens again, and
  • Come to a place where you can honour and teach your daughters and/or sons how to interact with their sexuality in a way that is healthy, ecstatic and whole.

This digital companion guide is a crucial part of this experience, and allows you to honour your story in a new way, as well as connect with other women and men who are healing this wound. 

Together we have the power to transform a generation, fulfil our dreams, and create a world in which no one has to experience what we have gone through ever again. 


How to get the most of this journey together

Before we get started, I want to honour your for your courage.


To pick up and tackle a subject like family trauma can be a heavy, it can be challenging, it can be affronting, it can be painful, but I promise that when you stick with the process, you will come out of it a better conscious being than you ever imagined you could be.  

A being who knows the truth of your desires for yourself, your family and the world, knows your capacity to ask for the support you need, and is empowered to bring your unique souls purpose to the world in a powerful way that benefits everyone it touches.

One of the primary purposes of this experience is to help you understand that you are not alone in this journey of recovery.  Often our family and those closest to us have the hardest time saying “wow that happened to you, that’s terrible, and I believe you, and I’m sorry that happened” while that is the thing we truly need to hear the most.  

The physical copy of this book will be released in parts, and contains my personal story, and a few others, as it is just one versions of this painful cultural story.  

This digital companion guide lets you access all the stories which have been shared through this project, and is is in this digital library that I know you will find the compassion and empathy you seek and so deeply deserve.

Elena Harder


As a single parent for many years, Elena knows what it's like to live in daily overwhelm that seems it will never end. After suffering from severe post-partum depression for 5 years, and an abusive relationship that she couldn't seem to quit, Elena developed a case of seriously self destructive self talk about being a "horrible mother". She knew she needed to do something different, but couldn't seem to shake old patterns. She started to experiment with the few things that HAD been working to bring her more peace, and combined them into one power packed (and quick) experience, to help find that inner peace, and make progress towards her goal of ACTUALLY feeling like a good mom. Through these tracks she's been able to stop experiencing irrational anger towards child, is no longer experiencing mental health challenges, and has even attracted a wonderful man into her life who is a great father to her son and a dream come true. Now she works to help other mothers to manage and reduce their stress, build healthier relationships, stop sounding like their mothers, and live lives they once only dreamed of.
