Hi, I’m Olivia… In 2015, a Tantric bodyworker had his finger on my cervix.   This is not my preferred way to introduce myself on the internet to the entire world. But I do it for a good cause.   

What I didn’t realize was that my cervix would become the focus of the session. I also didn’t realize that this session would change the course of my life.   There, on a hot day in Bali, I discovered my cervix was numb.   

As a sexologist and sex nerd, I know the cervix to be a powerful place of pleasure so I was determined to transform it. After eight months of work, play and exploration, my cervix began to feel and my orgasmic capacity shifted tremendously. 

Today, I’m joined by 3000 other women who are all interested in healing, learning and exploring the powerful and magical gateway of the cervix.  May your cervixes be the portals of bliss they were made to be.

Elena Harder is on a mission to Nourish Mothers and create Bulletproof Moms. She started her awakening journey when she conceived her son in 2010.  A challenging hospital birth lead to an abusive relationship and then 7 years spent in crippling postpartum depression, self loathing and people pleasing.  She never gave up hope on finding a way through.  

Her search for “mental health” led Elena to study Mindfulness, Spirituality, NLP, Theta Healing, Tantra, Optimal Nutrition, and Intermittent Fasting to find a way to finally recover her mind and joyful soul.    

Now she works with other mothers to help them master the tools and skills that really work to remove their negative self talk, eliminate stress, heal their hearts, and remove anxiety, fear and depression.

As a single parent for many years, I know what it's like to live in daily overwhelm that seems it will never end.

After suffering from severe post-partum depression for 7 years, and an abusive relationship that I couldn't seem to quit, I developed a case of seriously self destructive self talk about being a "horrible mother". I knew I needed to do something different, but couldn't seem to shake old patterns.

I took every personal development class that came my way for 3 years straight.  3 day weekend intensives 3x month. After a while started to experiment with the few things that HAD been working to bring me more peace, and combined them into one power packed (and quick) experience, to help find that inner peace, and make progress towards my goal of ACTUALLY feeling good.

I built the first brain training track after listening to a John Asaraf course.  Things started changing for me in a big way and with these tracks I've been able to stop experiencing irrational anger towards my first child (who I had medical birth bonding trauma).  I'm no longer experiencing mental health challenges, attracted a wonderful man into my life who is a great father to her son so much more I dreamed of.

Now I spend my days writing, baby tending and helping other mothers  manage and reduce their stress, build healthier relationships, stop sounding like their mothers, and live lives they once only dreamed of.
