JB Owen is an accomplished serial entrepreneur who took her kids out of a private school to do a year of worldschooling when her son was going to be held back or medicated in order to advance to middle school.  The kids planned the trip, and together they raised money for charity in each country they visited including helping Syrian refugees in Greece, and living with tarantulas in Costa Rica.
